'100% make up' Vase No. 72 by Alessandro Mendini; artist Roberto Remi. Serial no. 07169 From the famous series of lidded vases designed by Alessandro Mendini and Michael Graves for Alessi. The series was produced in 1992 as a limited edition of 10,000 vases; 100 each of 100 patterns designed by 100 contributing artists, architects, and designers. Unlike many of the vases in this series, this one actually looks very nice holding flowers. White porcelain, glazed with polychrome lithograph. 38,5 cm high including lid. Very good condition. The white mat finish on the lid shows a small and very slight abrasion, as shown in the last picture. This mark is merely a change in the sheen and is noticeable only of you search for it under certain light conditions. It does not detract whatsoever. Vase includes the original box and papers shown in the pictures. Bought new in 1992.
