"Selection of grapes from different plots of Rioja Alta owned by the winery and local producers. It remains between 12 and 18 months in large wooden tanks from the founding period until the fermentation is finished and rests before being racked for subsequent aging. Aged mainly in used American oak barrels of 225 liters, and other volumes, between 54 and 72 months. Subject to various manual racking on a regular basis. A minimum of 3 years of storage in bottle before being marketed."
