It ages for 36 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and is a wine with great longevity (30-40 years). A large and austere bouquet, with aromas of cherry and mineral and spicy hints, precedes a long and structured sip, with tannins and acidity in perfect balance and a very long persistence.
