For this exclusive 27 Year Old Laphroaig only hand-picked barrels were selected for an optimal finish. The storage initially took place in ex-Bourbon barrels with a subsequent second storage in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels and small quarter casks. It was bottled in May 2017 with 41.7% vol. Limited to 7542 this release is one of several Laphroaig bottlings released to commemorate their 200th anniversary, 1815 to 2015.
