This nice sculpture of dog is made of carved solid wood for the body and base, and sheet iron with a black varnish for the head and legs. It is probably coming from France and is related to the popular art and decoration of the second half of the 20th century. Its naive and charming esthetic will fit very well with a country house-like decoration. The sculpture is in good condition although the metal part and its varnish are partly worn with little sign of oxydisation, that participate in its vintage look. The tail is missing
