The exhibition was much talked about because it displayed over 400 of Araki's photo books, from his scrapbooks produced in the 1960s to his latest publications, in an almost hand-held format. In addition to essays and discussions by people closely associated with Araki, this book includes bibliographic data on 454 books, exhibition views, and the "'11 3.11" photo series taken on the date of the disaster.
