Pianirossi Maremma Toscana 2008
Pianirossi is obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and other local vines, which after fermentation are left to age in 500-litre tonneau. Characterized by a deep red color, it opens to the nose in an elegant and complex way, with aromas of ripe red fruit, spices and balsamic notes. The mouth is filled with a decisive flavour, where important tannins stand out, which give persistence and fullness to every sip. Wonderful to accompany fine grilled or roasted meats. Superlative to let it age to taste it as a meditation wine

Solus of Tenuta Pianirossi is obtained from Sangiovese, Alicante and other local red vines, which after alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are left to refine in French oak tonneau for at least one year, to then continue its refinement in the bottle. Solus is a label with a great personality, intense, fruity, spicy and aromatic, in the mouth it takes up the notes of red fruits, full-bodied and persistent, it goes well with main courses of meat or first courses with wild boar ragout or game in general . It is a wine with excellent aging potential.
