The Cuvée Blanc de Blancs without case from the Barons de Rothschild champagne house is a 100% Grands Crus and Premiers Crus champagne made with 100% chardonnay from the terroirs of Le Mesnil sur Oger, Avize and Oger, 40% of which are reserve wines. Use of the 1st press only, alcoholic fermentation in small stainless steel vats, malolactic fermentation, fermentation on lees for 6 to 7 months, dosage 6 gr/l, aging of 3 to 5 years minimum, rest after disgorging of 6 months.
