A rare 1950s Kay England Midge tinplate clockwork Ambulance. 6cm long, in grey colour with Red Cross symbol on the roof, sheet metal, clock mechanism works. Kay company dates from 1934 and was run by the Kempner family.
A rare 1950s Mettoy England Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith. 7.6cm long, in sand colour, sheet metal, clock mechanism works. Mettoy was a British manufacturing company founded in 1933 by German émigré Philip Ullmann, it merged later with Katz' Playcraft company, which together made possible the creation of Corgi Toys.
In a good condition, with some age related wear to the surface of the car (see photos). Great collector's items.
