Fantastische serie "De Stijl" boeken, ben ik zeer gelukkig mee.

Emballage insuffisant, car aucune protection entre les livres et l'enveloppe. Le plus grand des quatre livres était abîmé.

Libri molto belli e perfettamente corrispondenti alla descrizione. Sono molto soddisfatta 

De verkoper rekende €12 verzendkosten maar verzond het (waardevolle) boek als  brievenbuspakje van €4,95, los in bubbeltjesenvelop. Het boek kwam beschadigd aan. Verkoper legde de schuld bij  de post.

Zoals al gezegd: het boek komt echt wel aan. Ik zal u desgewenst de 7,05 euro verzendkosten vergoeden als u dat wenst. 
Iedere boekverkoper weet dat de service van PostNL steeds beroerde wordt. De klacht over de portokosten is misplaatst. Ik heb al lang aangeboden om de kosten te vergoeden.

goed verpakt en snel geleverd. Geleverde is conform beschrijving.

Verzendigskosten 12 euro.Frankering 7.65.Al met al een aardig winstproject.Niet zo fraai allemaal!

Soms is de verzending duurder, anderw goedkoper. Als u geld terug wilt hebben dan graag uw IBAN

the book is completely bent about 4cm in both directions. The pages are all wavy like it's been waterlogged it smells like nicotine and the pictures are all yellow.

The book has not been waterlogged and the bending is limited.
