This is a 28cm tall kokeshi doll wearing a kimono. It is a large category among creative kokeshi dolls. This is a kokeshi doll from the early Heisei period. The bottom part of the kokeshi, where my finger is pointing, turns slightly to the side. No problem standing upright. When viewed from the front, it appears to be slightly curved to the right.
