Protective white card slipcase is bright and with only minor wear. I bought this book new from Amazon on its release in 2008 and it has sat on top of a bookcase in my bedroom ever since with the protective cardboard sleeve around it. The heat wave we had a couple of years ago caused the clamshell presentation box to get hot enough for the vinyl coating on the outer case to become sticky and it adhered itself to the shelf, to the protective sleeve and to itself. When I took it down from the shelf whilst cleaning some of the vinyl was left behind and similarly when I removed it from the sleeve and opened it. As such the box has a number of chips on it's cover, one small chip on the front cover, one on the top corner of the back cover and four chips on the bottom edge and one patch at the top of the inside edge where the box was stuck shut. Please refer to the photos as all chips are clearly visible in them. The interior of the box is in near new condition with clean unblemished suede-effect lining, clean red velvet effect book pouch with gold effect tie cord and embroidered author's signature. The side pocket of the box contains an envelope of 10 prints (260×180 mm) ready for framing, all clean and free from any damage.
