First exhibited in 1940 at the Biennale in Venice, the bowl features a polished black, coral and white murrine fused glass with a stylized tiles or mosaics with the image of a snake or serpent. Base retains the original Venini Murano Italy paper label, believed to be an earlier unsigned piece.
