Ephemera from Huellas del Tiétar: brief and extraordinary. This wine is a fleeting flash of nature in every drop. With an intensity that lingers in your memory, it invites you to savor the transience of time in a single sip. Serve at 11-13ºC and let this ephemeral experience linger on your palate. Celebrate the brevity of the exceptional with Efímero! Vinification: Manual harvest in 15Kg boxes. After finishing, the grapes are stored in a cold room at about 5ºC and vatted the next day where a cold pre-fermentation is carried out. Manual selection grape by grape on the selection table after destemming. Vatted by gravity. Long vatting with gentle pumping over and post-fermentation maceration after the completion of alcoholic fermentation. It is aged for 13 months in new French oak barrels and then in the bottle. Tasting Note: Cherry red color with a high layer. Aromas of blackberry, raspberry and black plum. Memories of violet, hints of spice, nutmeg, cloves, black licorice and cocoa. Spicy and mineral notes in the retronasal route. Long in the mouth with a persistent finish.

Vinification:
