Very difficult to find outside a private collection The vintage Distilled in 1987 in a traditional two-column copper still, Creole type, this agricultural rum from Martinique is made from sugar cane, located at Sainte Luce in the South of Martinique Island, in front of the Caribean Sea. Aged in oak barrels (ex Bourbon), these have shaped its identity: powerful, structured and rich. Characterized by its subtlety and notes of Havana cigars, it reveals a seductive and authentic personality, full of contrast, between power and subtlety. The palate is typical of Trois Rivières vintages, but with even greater finesse. Sublime woodiness, then intense aromas of candied fruits and spices. Nice length in the mouth.
