I sincerely regret the inconvenience of canceling the sale and understand your frustration.
However, I would like to clarify that the painting in question has an estimated value of around 600 euros, while the offer received during the auction was only 40 euros.

Unfortunately, the site's system did not allow me to set a minimum reserve price to protect the value of the work, which led to this unfortunate situation.

I hope you can understand my point of view and I hope there will be more opportunities to appreciate my art in the future.
