The seller didn't in my case respect the shipping time. Why selling items when cannot be shipped.

You are lying. I had time to ship until Saturday. Mail does not move on a Saturday and it was also extremely cold here so I proposed to ship on Monday to also not have your bottles possibly freeze. It was not ok for you, so the sale was cancelled.
