Omschrijving van het object niet correct.  Was niet van hout maar terracotta. 
Verkoper gaf aan object te retourneren,  maar te omslachtig. 
Op verzoek gedeelte teruggave niet meer gereageerd. 

Correct: this piece is terracotta, not wood (my first listing mistake). I apologised and offered a cancellation/return with full refund through Catawiki; the buyer chose to keep the item. I regret the error and remain committed to accurate descriptions.
