La scacchiera è di fattura notevolmente scarsa rispetto ai pezzi. Leggerissima e di materiale di scarsa qualità, soprattutto la cornice.

Purtroppo il coperchio di uno scomparto è molto danneggiato (ed incollato in modo maldestro). D’altronde il prezzo era modesto…
