This music box carousel cigarette dispenser has a simple mechanical opening: pressing a button, the music starts playing, and the carousel doors revolve to open and reveal small compartments on the inside of each door, that hold cigarettes or other small items.
The music box has been built by the Swiss prestigious company Reuge; its mechanism is quite complex and expensive.
