Classical Spanish pre-war guitar JOSE MORALES - solid wood - 1937 + Spanish Gypsy painting
Spanish pre-war (1937) guitar by luthier JOSE MORALES (1914-1977)
Made in Granada
Solid wood
Restored
Guitar from Granada, Spain. It is a very rare "signature" of Jose Morales. Solid spruce top, standard action: 4 mm at the 12th fret in low E and 3 mm at the 12th fret in high E, no buzzing and no freeze when playing.
The action is 540 mm, the guitar is a 7/8, common size at the time.
The guitar is worn and has been restored in various places (crack on the back, small cracks on the sides, re-glued heel), authentic vintage pre-war guitar that looks it!
The guitar is perfectly playable, the action is 'normal', the sound is warm from the aged wood, solid wood, very easy to play.
It is one of the first guitars by this maker, extremely rare model. To play or for collection.
A signed painting of a 'sexy’ Spanish woman is included.
Pay attention to the pictures to see the wear and tear and restorations - the guitar is sold as described above
