Beautiful antique ‘Organolai’, first type (Organola 1) by the famous musical instrument builder Hohner Musikinstrumente GmbH & Co. from Trossingen. Founded in 1857 by Matthias Hohner (1833-1902) who passed the company to his five sons in 1900. The company experienced its heyday in 1938, this piano accordion is of an earlier date (. 1930) and is regarded as the very first type of Organola, a type that would be frequently followed up in the shape of the more produced Organetta and Organola successors.
This accordion is in very good condition.
