This BMW R1100RT limited edition on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of BMW motorcycles in 1998. Originally supplied in the Netherlands, first registered on 14-01-1999. This rock solid oil-cooled boxer engine has travelled les than 66,000 km. Whenever the weather is nice it becomes hard for me to resist taking it out for a drive, and then I always have doubts about whether or not to sell it because it drives great. Therefore, some additional kilometres may be added to the odometer, but these engines can easily reach 100,000 km so this will not be an issue. It shows some slight traces of wear, which are depicted as good as possible in the photos. I always carefully select my purchases and it took me quite some time to find this vehicle, but I have always found this one to be worth it. I personally gave this bike a major maintenance service, and I performed repairs where it was needed. The front brake pads have been replaced with new ones because the strut seals were leaking. These have also been replaced of course and the oil of the struts has been refreshed. The rear brake pads are still in a good condition. The rear tyre is in near mint condition. The front tyre has been replaced at the dealership. Features handle heating. ABS 2 The ignition key of course works on the original side cases. It has a large top case with two keys. The rest works by use of the original keys, a spare key will be included. Original antenna on the fairing. Black valve coves. LED lighting and Xenon lighting for better visibility Toolkit present. Instruction booklets present. In short, a motorcycle that is ready for the upcoming season.
