Lovely gold-filled Art Deco Longines from the 1940s. The case back is 10 kt gold-filled and it is marked on the inside (10k - Longines Wittnauer watch - co New York - 8128469). The case measures 23 mm x 40 mm and the dial is white, with beautiful applied gold markers and gold hands. The watch features a square sub-dial at the 6 o'clock position, for the seconds. The rectangular case has an unmistakable Art Deco design. The movement is a Longines 9L calibre (hand-wound). This movement is neat and clean and numbered (7889090 - 17 jewels). The strap is a neat, 15 mm wide leather strap. Suited for a wrist of up to 20 cm. The watch is in very neat condition (optically 8.5/10) for a watch from the 1940s. It also works just fine.
