In fantastic condition, this Citizen - 4-480066Y X8 Cosmotron transistorised men's wristwatch, which was issued mainly in Japan.

The production of Citizen Cosmotron watch models lasted approximately 10 years: Citizen began with the production of electronic movements starting with a beat of 18,000 bph; at the end of production, these electronic movements had a beat of 43,200 bph.
Due to the rise of Quartz technology, both Citizen and Seiko stopped producing watches with electronic movements.
