The Fiat 126 p BOSMAL is one of the most interesting conversions of the Polish car industry. Developed by the Research and Development Department at BOSMAL in Bielsko. Only 507 examples were built in total, of which approximately 400 were exported. (Wikipedia Poland) Other sources speak of only 480 being built. The car had 2 previous owners, we bought the ‘Little One’ in April 1996 when it had around 18,000 km. During the first few years, it was used as a second car by my wife. Since the turn of the millennium, we have only ever driven it in good weather, for the sheer fun of the car. But that which delights as the car gets older, is not so nice for people, and now our little one is searching for a new home. The car has 2 hoods. One is virtually unused, and one has been fitted for 20 years now. (Can be seen in the last 3 photos) Since moving in 2002, the car has been driven with seasonal number plates. It runs well. The car also comes with several used and new spare parts. Technically, the car is in a good condition. It has always undergone good and regular services. Of course, over time, it has received some small scratches and dents. Even when you look long enough, you will only find a very small amount of rust.
