Tissot, flat hand-wound, reference 51003 from circa 1953 with screwed steel back. The silver-coloured dial has evenly dispersed minor grey patina dots (cannot be seen with the naked eye), which are somewhat more concentrated around the logo "TISSOT' and at 12 o'clock. The logo "Tissot" and the indices are raised and original. The text "Seastar" is printed and original. The watch runs perfectly with excellent results on the timegrapher. The watch was services just months ago. Taking into account the age of the watch, the casing and bezel exhibit only minor signs of wear. The satin finished screwed steel back has only minor signs of opening and is in almost perfect condition. The enlarged view of the hands depicts the patina clearly. Exceptionally well-maintained early "Seastar". The watch is relatively large and flat. The Tissot runs perfectly and has been serviced. In this predominantly original and unmanipulated condition, it is a rarity.
