Background information: Piet Hein (1905-1996) was a Danish scientist, mathematician, inventor, writer and poet, often writing under the pseudonym "Kumbel" which is lod Norwegian for tombstone. He was also a gaming theory mathematician. He designed the super ellipse, the super ellipsoid and the super egg. Condition is in accordance with age and use. Scratches, wear and patina.
