Liégeois revolver Lefaucheux type, cylinder 6 shots, calibre 7mm with pin, folding trigger, round barrel, lock in single and double action. The original canvas holster always accompanies the revolver. The weapon is in good preserved condition Frame, cylinder and barrel in polished steel. Oxidation on the surface covers the whole of the weapon, rare traces of orange peel. Plates are in varnished walnut, they contain traces of blows but no crack. Non-functional weapon. The trigger return spring is in very good condition, however the lift finger no longer drive the cylinder. The revolver works however in simple and in double action. The extraction rod is functional as well as the loading door. The chambers of the cylinder are very clean, the barrel is oxidised but the grooves are clear. The complete disassembly is no problem. On the cylinder ‘ELG’ starred in an oval punch, punch from the test bench from Liège. A crowned ‘M’, countermark of the controller post 1877, is stamped on the lower part of the barrel.
