Based on a 1914 portuguese coin "Escudo", first version. Mechanical automatic watch Movement caliber Tissot 2824-2 25 Jewels AUTOMATIC. 40,5mm case diametre (without crown). Polished and brushed all stainless steel case and crown, this one with Tissot logo "T" raised. Silver dial, two tone with roman black numerals and blue hands. Case back with Escudo coin in relief and Brand engravings, etc. - see pictures.. Domed acrylic crystal. 30m water resistance (NOT to be submerged - NOT guaranted in water sports/diving, etc.). Swiss Made. The strap is a black leather croco grain, marked Tissot with double folding stainless steel deployment clasp, easily adjustable and branded Tissot old logo. Band is 20mm wide at lugs and 18mm at clasp side. Easily adjustable to fit every man's wrist size. The watch comes in a complete SET with (all original and authentic Tissot): - card box - wood box (varnished) with magnetic lock, pillow and inserts - certificate numbered - guarantee books - instructions manual - one real escudo coin from 1968. CONDITION: Watch is perfect mint overall, extremely gently used and seems practically as new with no visible wear and no flaws overall. No visible scratches, dents, nicks, dings or scuffs overall. No deformations. Crystal is perfect unblemished, no scratches, nicks, cracks or chips. Dial, indexes and hands perfect as new, no dust, no oxidations. All functions tested and working 100% - time setting with pulled crown. Crown locks down smoothly and tight. Band and clasp also perfect as new, no wear, no marks and no imperfections. Closing firmly. Machine perfect and tested several days on wrist and stationary several positions. Accuracy excellent with a difference of plus 2o to 25 seconds in 24 hours and consistent. Automatic system charging perfectly. Box and papers perfect as new, except the watch pillow shows some wear on sides, from storage and time (see pictures). All perfectly clean !
