Set of 6 dishes and 1 serving dish, in hand-painted ceramic. Country: Italy, Mondovì. Producer: Widow BESIO & Figlio. An ancient ceramic manufactory founded in Mondovì, in the province of Cuneo, in 1842 by the Italian Giuseppe Besio (1806-1892). After being taken over, first by the Musso and then by the "Richard-Ginori", it returned to the Besio family and in 1899, under the direction of the wife of Besio, Anna Massimino and her son Eugenio. The name changed to "Vedova Besio & Figlio". Material: Ceramic Period: 1899-1908 Size: serving dish: diameter 29cm x 4cm. Dinner dishes: diameter 18,4 x 2,5 cm. Condition: Discrete.
