Elegant vintage Tissot Seastar Day-Date from the late 70s, equipped with a brand-new brown leather strap. This beautiful Tissot has a gold-plated case of 35 by 39 mm. So the watch has a relatively large fit around the wrist. The gold-coloured dial has a brushed structure and oblong, overlaid hour indices. The brushed structure is a wonderful detail. Furthermore, the dial and hands feature the original tritium, which has discoloured beautifully over the past 40 years. The Tissot 3233 movement with day/date display runs excellently and has a quickset date function. The time adjustment works smoothly and the movement was fitted with a new battery. Now ready to be enjoyed for years to come! The genuine brown leather strap is suited for wrists of up to 19.5 cm and is a magnificent match with the watch. The crown is the original one and is signed with the Tissot symbol. We opted to keep the watch in its original state, but the crystal can optionally be replaced due to it having various small scratches. Tissot was a luxurious Swiss watch brand that formed a close partnership with Omega in the 70s. A watch that will only rise in value. Will be packaged with care and shipped by insured post.
