Beautiful saddle for camel used in Africa by the Regiment of Dromedaries of Napoleon Bonaparte.
Dating back to the late 1700s / early 1800s.
The main shaft is still in good condition and is equipped with three seats with iron side reinforcements.
Each seat is finely chiselled in brass or other precious materials, as shown in the numerous photos.
The item is small but its size is proportionate to domestic environments.
