French version.
The model corresponds to that of the English version of 1917, however, as it is a French version manufactured under a patent, it can be located at approximately a date later than 1930, since 1930 is the time when borosilicate glass began to be used in the industry and this coffee maker is already made of it (Pyrex crystal).
I don't know if there are any elements missing. See the images to make sure.
