Total length: 113 cm
Barrel length: 75 cm.
Calibre : 17.6 mm

Serial Number: 782
Metal parts: all the markings are legible, no point of oxidation, no orange skin.
Lock: marked ‘Manufacture Royale de Saint Etienne’.
Thunder: markings ‘S 1856’, ‘M 1’, several punches, ‘782’.
Breech tail: ‘Mle 1857’.
Mechanism in perfect condition, complete and functional without any play, very strong springs.
The rod is old but not original.
Round barrel, grooved in very good outside condition, fair condition inside, grooves are well present.
Wood in very good condition (healthy and good hard wood without wormholes), no repairs, badge still present.
The mousqueton is in very nice presentation.
