As Val-Saint-Lambert glassworks in Liège and Scailmont in Manage, Doyen glassworks in Havré are among the jewels of internationally renowned Belgian glassware in 1930.
This “Prince Charles” service is wheel hand cut, “rich cut” (see page of the 1935 catalogue).
In perfect condition (bubbles and minor differences are due to the process of manufacture, no hair, no chip). Some original labels are still present.
Size:
- Champagne glasses: diameter: 10.6 cm, height: 9.8 cm.
- Water glasses; diameter: 9.2 cm, height: 14 cm
- Red wine glasses: diameter: 7.6 cm, height: 11.2 cm.
- White wine glasses: diameter: 7 cm, height: 10.5 cm.
- Digestif glasses: diameter 5.2 cm, height 7.6 cm.
Will be carefully packed.
