This bullet was fired around 15.00 by the Irish Brigade on July 2, 1747.
We know this precisely because the bullet was found 200-250 meters southwest of Lafelt. On historical maps it is seen that the Irish Brigade started firing at this place at 15.00 hours.
This was a decisive part of the Battle of Lafelt, also known as the Battle of Maastricht (part of the Austrian Succession War).
Weight: 26 grams.
