Magnificent planter Empire style, France 1850-1871.
In not so common dimensions as they are usually much smaller, and resting on 4 lion claws shaped legs.
On the sides two lion heads hold with their jaws the round, solid brass handles.
On the sides we find mouldings with lion-like motifs and shapes proper of the Empire style,
Brass is a metal that can be easily cleaned, I preferred to leave it with the patina since it depends on where you want to place it, then the patina may be most suitable.
It is an extremely decorative piece which combines with both modern and classic decorations.
Shipment insured and at pick up point if possible.
