A set of two 'twisted' candlesticks, made of chrome and steel. Designed by Mikaela Dörfel from Finland for MENU Danish Design. Minor signs of wear and one small sign of damage to the chrome (see picture). Furthermore in good condition. The design is inspired by dance and movement. The straight, robust body with the thinner, twisted arms symbolise both masculinity as femininity. With a smooth embrace the candlesticks seem to turn into one.
