The toy car does not drive, but when the car is lifted (after it is wound up with the corresponding key) the wheels do rotate. Otherwise, the green/blue of the windows is a bit worn out. This is a wind-up toy car from the early 1950s produced by Kolner in Germany (British Zone). The car was of my father-in-law who used to play with it himself.
