Handmade watch. Mona Lisa. Case: 34 mm. By adding the hours hand on his "Commedia" jumping-hour watch, Vincent Calabrese freed its unusual dial window for other uses. He thus replaced the hour numbers with miniscule illustrations to create the very first patented jumping-image watch. Dedicated to the liberation of women, the scenario follows 'Lisa' who, with every hour that passes, sheds her work clothes. However, to avoid any ambiguous interpretation and to highlight its cultural references, every twelve hours the most liberated and famous feminine smile of all time appears and justifies the name of the watch, that of the Mona Lisa (the work of a talented compatriot, Leonardo da Vinci).
