Alfa Romeo Giulia 1600 engine, 1960s. Work carried out: sleeves polishing and piston rings replacement, pistons and sleeves still like new, crankshaft polishing, never rebored, therefore original dimensions, crankshaft plain bearings and piston rod replacement, timing belts replaced (hence new), valve housing adjustment, plane tested, therefore new gaskets and oil seals, new clutch kit, overhauled Dell’Orto carburettors (D H L A 40) (originally, this engine was just equipped with a two-barrel carburettor that we can replace with these Dell’Orto parts currently fitted, upon request), overhauled dynamo, new belt, overhauled water pump. We guarantee the work was carried out as described above, and we can report about the functioning by equipping the engine to start it on the spot, it didn’t even drive one kilometre after this work, only tested and run in for a few hours. However, it is always advisable viewing the vehicle in person. Pickup on site is preferred.
