Made in the 1950s, crafted by hand with wood and leather.
The high-quality, handmade CANTULIA accordions were in direct competition with those of musical instrument manufacturer Hohner and were highly regarded for their excellent sound. In 1953, 250 employees produced up to 1400 accordions per month. Cantulia stopped its production on 31 December 1957. The Cantulia accordions are still in demand today as instruments for enthusiasts and collectors of quality accordions.
