"Orator" is a brand of the famous company "Schild & Cie.". The well-preserved silver dial has minor, regular age-related patina as well as small flaws in the centre and by the 3 o'clock position, which are not very conspicuous. The text "ORATOR AUTOMATIC PERPETUA 25 RUBIS" is printed and is in very good condition. The text "INCABLOC" is painted by hand, but original. The hands and the raised indices show patina. The luminous material on the hands is heavily aged. The watch runs well and reliably, with a low amplitude around 240. The automatic winding functions flawlessly. The watch can be worn. The casing with 20 micron gold plaque shows a few middling signs of use and tiny dents. All parts of the watch (except the strap and possibly the crown) are originals by Orator. The original screwed base cover has only slight signs of wear. The neutral crown is minimally worn, but still very easy to grip.
