1900, Czechoslovakia A magnificent vase from the manufacturer Barolac (Czech Republic) by Josef Inwald (28th January 1837 Chyška - 19th May 1906 in Vienna). This vase and other designs with cherries and leaves model known as: ‘ Cherry’ Model inspired by the creations of René Lalique. Unsigned, 22 cm high. In immaculate condition. J. Inwald was a very prolific artist who created other models with flowers, trees, leaves, fish and animals that were reissued in the 1950s-1960s, but they fail to reach the level of detail of the original models.
