DETAILS: Nice Colibri of London FP+BP set. Silver plated cap and barrel with chased "wavy" fine engraving, Gold Plated trim and gold plated steel nib. Years of production: probably 1980's. F.pen fitted with a probably "F" fine tip nib. Matte black plastic grip section and golden jewels. FP Can be used with cartridges or converter. Marked engraved on barrel golden band: Colibri. Colibri seal logo in black on clip top. New unused generic cartridge blue ink International Standard supllied for FP, as shown (most probably fits). Ballpoint with original Colibri of London Germany refill Medium Blue (writing). All original and authentic. Added is a nice generic had case in burgundy velvet outside and silky white lining with spring loaded hinge and gold plated rims, as shown (supplied for better protection and storage - not part of the listing). CONDITION: Pens showed some surface oxidations (from time and storage) to the silver plate that have been thoroughly cleaned. However, the result is not perfect and some (softened) marks remain plus some discolorations/darkening areas to the silver finish are still visible, rendering a vintage nice patina though (tried to show/exemplify in last pictures, and perfectly noticeable in other) ! Crisp engravings. F.Pen is excellent overall - gently used with minor signs of use. No scratches or nicks, no dents, scuffs or deformations. No dinged jewels. Slight wear to the gold plating on clip edges, barrel jewel edge and section band. No repairs. Clip perfectly aligned. The NIB is as new, perfect aligned with complete iridium, writing perfectly and smoothly. No scratches or other marks. Cap hold tight both posted and closed. Ballpoint is mint and seems practically unused with no wear and no marks overall. Smooth extracting mechanism. Writing with good ink flow. No personal engravings. All in perfect working condition.
