Las holandas obtenidas presentan características aromáticas muy particulares. Crianza oxidativa en botas de roble americano que han contenido vinos añejos dulces de la variedad Pedro Ximénez. ANÁLISIS ORGANOLÉPTICO Color ámbar oscuro, coronado por tenues reflejos verdes. Limpio y brillante. Aromas potentes y complejos, procedentes de una gran crianza. Destacan frutos secos (nueces y avellanas, sobre un fondo dulce a ciruelas maduras, dátiles, y delicadamente envuelto en toques avainillados). En boca untuoso y envolvente, con un postgusto largo y complejo, que traslada a nuestro paladar toda la sensación aromática. Un brandy de gran elegancia, con un toque de Málaga.
