A porcelain sculpture depicting two flamingos by Karl Ens for Volksted Rudolstadt.
A naturalistic depiction of a pair of flamingos, made with lots of attention to detail, hand painted in great colours. Finished with glaze and in marvellous condition. The base has a hairline at the rear (see photos).
Stamped 'Ens Germany' on the bottom, the impressed number ‘7443’, and an original gold coloured sticker wit the logo and the text 'Ens Porzellan'.
It is 28 cm tall and 16 cm wide.
