What a gem, this very rare Kaiser Leuchten Sputnik floor lamp! This beautiful vintage Atomium / Sputnik floor lamp is a typical Space Age design from the 1960s. The producer is Kaiser Leuchten Idell from Neheim Germany (see label under the foot of the lamp). A distinctive design with its orange metal frame and foot. With 12 white, opal glass spheres with a diameter of 13 cm, which can be switched on in 3 different lighting levels (see photos). The lamp is extremely stable due to its weight. The lamp is in almost perfect condition, but 1 of the glass spheres has been replaced in the past and has been replaced by a better fitting glass sphere. Fully functional and works (now) with 220V, but is easy to build to 110V. Dimensions: 157 cm high and diameter of 40 cm
