This beautiful Volvo V70 R AWD (=240hp) looks like it just left the factory, it drives very well. However, that was back in 1997. And now, 24 years on, it is still a wonderful car to see. It has become a beautiful modern classic, it has as much luxury and drives as great as it did when it was new. It is well maintained, it looks great as well as modest, with little wear. This R model was the top model of the series. A five-cylinder 2.3 litre in-line engine with a great sound, four-wheel drive, electrically adjustable, heated seats upholstered with leather and Alcantara and a heated rear bench, an extensive radio with 3CD changer, (radio functions not tested), also a connection for a parking heater, the many very luxurious accents have created a real top model. The V70R has a valid Swedish technical inspection and is valid until 31 July 2021. The previous owner (a car mechanic) recently replaced the 4 brake discs and all brake pads, the timing belt and water pump have been replaced, new NGK spark plugs, fuel filter, etc. Maintenance booklets have been filled in, the odometer reading is 209,134, this relatively low mileage is also supported by the annual mileage registration in the Swedish registration system. The car has a Swedish registration and can be delivered with EU export documents upon request and at no extra cost for easy registration of the Volvo by any foreign buyers. The car was delivered new in Sweden in 1997, it came to the Netherlands a few weeks ago. A set of steel rims (for winter tyres) is included free of charge. The car is in Hengevelde, the Netherlands. The seller can arrange relatively cheap transport throughout the European Union, even now during the coronavirus crisis.
